Firle Fete is held every August Bank Holiday Monday (26th August 2024).
Firle Fete raises funds for the restoration and upkeep of our 12th Century church, and supports our clubs and societies of our village. It is organised by the Firle Fete Committee and run as a not-for-profit company. Work normally starts in early July and many villagers help make this event a success.
The Fete runs from 1pm to 4 pm. Events normally include:
- Dog Show
- Sheep Racing – See the Sheep running in 2024 here
- Tea and Cakes
- Tombola
- Food and Produce stalls
- Bric-a-brac
- Various small ‘Fairground stalls’
